THE RV/OVERFLOW LOT
The overflow parking or RV Storage area is provided as an
unsecured convenience for all residents (owners & renters) of the
community. Any vehicle (watercraft, RV, trailer, U-Haul,
motorcycle, etc.) which is prohibited by the community parking rules
may be parked here as long as the vehicle is in working condition
and is properly registered with the State of Florida.
Parking in the overflow lot is AT YOUR OWN RISK. The lot
is unsecured and Lake in the Woods does not accept any
responsibility for loss, damage, vandalism, theft, etc. of any
property stored at the overflow lot.
Any resident wishing to store a vehicle in the overflow lot must first
register said vehicle and sign a Release of Liability Waiver before
storing their vehicle. Upon successful completion of the
registration process, the Board will issue a parking tag which
MUST be affixed to the vehicle at all times while in the overflow
lot. The Board of Directors has authorized the Indian River
County Sheriff's Department in conjunction with Charlie's Towing
of Vero Beach to make random sweeps of the overflow lot and any
vehicle without the proper parking tag will be towed at your
expense without warning. Please remember to keep your parking
tag on your vehicles at all times.
