Please remember that ALL rentals & sales require both an

application to be completed and an interview by our welcoming

committee BEFORE you may move into the community.

Applications can be picked up in the office or download by clicking

the neighborhood links below.

Once your application is complete, please drop off in the office with

the required application fee. The Welcoming Committee from the

specific community will contact you to schedule an appointment and 

arrange for an interview. Please be advised that our committees are

made up of volunteers so it could take up to two weeks depending on

the time of year and schedule of the committee before you are

contacted.
